• Receive development swatch / garment / request from the customer and coordinate with the internal teams and suppliers for sample development and proceed as per customer requirements and continue communications with the customer for updates.
• Collaborate with the internal teams and customers for sampling / quality requirements including documentation and hand-over requirements to the Development and production teams
• Work with the concerned teams (for example, technical, sample room, Planning) for completion of necessary sample, testing's to meet the customers need on time.
• Ensure adherence to system integration requirements for new developed styles and measure development RFT and OTD.
• Maintain effective customer relationships, including sampling / costing coordination, style reviews, and attend Pre production meetings to assure approved development represent the bulk.
• Understand the Development deliverables and priorities in discussion with the Manager, including top line, bottom line, sample OTD, costing to obtain bulk as per developments.
• Provide clear details and instruction after consult with product Development team to Supply Chain team for RM sourcing.
• Do the risk analysis and update the bulk team based on the developments before accept the bulk.
• Understand about customer trend forecast and provide details to development and sales team.
• Maintain and timely update customers portal and system update, FEF, Centric, SAP, Flex, GQM .etc .
• Research new innovation and identified new opportunities to customers and reach to budget plan.
• Maintain Development tracker and keep proper track recodes for all development history.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good knowledge in MS Office / Excell is a must with data analytical skills
• Process a Degree (Preferably in Textile) or other equivalent qualification is an added advantage
• Around 2-3 years' experience in similar capacity -preferably in Textile.
• Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage
• Task prioritization, time management, multi-tasking ability with positive attitude while being a good team player
• Literacy in English and good presentation skills
• Good communicator who can respond to customer and internal teams fast in the execution
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work an extra mile and under pressure
• Ability to keep proper system and records
