Tuyển dụng MEP Design Manager (Electrical Background Preferred) tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Develop the MEP Project Design Brief (concept) and maintain it through regular reviews.

- Manage upfront MEP design and planning for all projects.

- Propose design adaptations and practical solutions for implementation.

- Ensure the MEP design process is managed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and the Design Management Plan.

- Manage MEP design, including all inputs, coordination, and deliverables, to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives.

- Ensure that design intent and performance criteria are maintained throughout the design development and construction process.

- Immediately report any event that may significantly impact previous forecasts and/or senior management expectations for subsequent forecasts.

- Lead problem-solving and resolution of design issues.

- Coordinate with colleagues within the department and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to internal and external authorities.

- Identify issues that may create risks or cause delays to the project.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good knowledge in management, especially on MEP design, planning and coordination aspects

- Good interpersonal skills and team player with strength in coordination with various parties

- Bachelor degree in Electrical (priority) /Mechanical Engineering or other related field

- Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese

- Computer literacy especially MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit

- Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility
