Tuyển dụng Leasing Manager tại Hà Nội

- Recruit, select retailers and make the list of prospective tenants – proposing to Leasing Directors/Head of Leasing.

- Work with Leasing Director in collecting/inspecting all supporting documents to select tenants.

- Selection has to be made fairly and consider the existing tenant mix, business potential, and attractiveness to mall customers.

- Follow the company’s policy when offering and negotiating lease terms, including verbal or written offer letters and conditions of retail space leasing such as lease fee, service charge, deposit, free fit-out, etc.

- Proceed with leasing application forms, offer letters, deposits, lease agreements, space handover, leasing rates, and service charges when the deal is closed.

- Together with Leasing Director, act as Account Manager for nationwide tenants or for selected shopping malls.

- Assist Leasing Director in controlling tenants under the required conditions and procedures.

- Coordinate with Line Manager (Leasing Director) and Project Manager to ensure tenants fit out according to the project schedule and strictly follow Property Technical Standards, including approval of all drawings, construction timelines, etc.

- Conduct shopping mall/retail space leasing surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, and proactively update new concepts.

- Control paperwork such as leasing contracts, annexes, and notices sent to and received from tenants.

- Control and report tenant records to Regional Shopping Mall Manager or Assistant Mall Manager.

- Prepare and analyze assigned reports.

- Inform Regional Directors in parallel with Regional Shopping Mall Manager immediately in case of emergency or any other urgent matter.

- File weekly reports on leasing statistics of new projects to Regional/National Shopping Mall Director.

- Perform other activities according to job requirements and as assigned by Line Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree or any relevant educational programs.

Seniority: At least 1–3 years of experience working in the real estate field or in a job relevant to contract terms, conditions, and services; at least 1 year of experience working in Retail and/or Entertainment, Services, Offices, or any relevant industry.

- Language: Intermediate English skills; other languages are an advantage. Fluent English is a strong advantage.

- Office Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Attitude: Proactive, customer-focused mindset, aggressive, honest, passionate, result-oriented, positive, and flexible. Ability to work under pressure.
