• Acts as a vital bridge between the company and clients, providing excellent operational support to ensure advertising account management, contract, and payment processes run smoothly and accurately.
• This position requires exceptional attention to detail and strong adaptability to maintain positive collaborative relationships and boost customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

- Account Management & System Support

• Receive and process client requests for account opening/closing, ensuring full compliance with internal workflows and meeting operational deadlines.
• Maintain and update client profiles and data on the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and data security.
• Manage and monitor system notifications to ensure critical information is communicated to relevant clients in a timely manner.

- Contract & Financial Operations

• Prepare, review, and issue contracts, addendums, and invoices to clients, ensuring legal and financial accuracy.
• Closely track contract signing progress to ensure on-time completion.
• Assist in account reconciliation and promptly resolve client inquiries related to billing, payments, or invoicing.

- Communication & Problem Solving

• Respond to client queries via email, phone, and virtual meetings in a prompt and professional manner.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Technical) to thoroughly resolve emerging issues and improve customer satisfaction.

• Students majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English Language, or related fields.
• Strong command of English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
• Extremely high accuracy and attention to detail in document preparation and data processing.
• Agility, ability to work independently, and multitask effectively under deadline pressure.
• Candidates with prior internship or work experience in Customer Service, Administrative Assistance, or Operational Support roles are preferred.
• Internship Duration: 6 months.
