• 1. Mechanical Maintenance Management
• Plan, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently and reliably.
• Handle and support breakdown maintenance, identify root causes of equipment failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in plant shutdown maintenance, including preparation of manpower, tools, equipment, and work plans.
• Support installation, inspection, and modification of mechanical equipment when required.
• Ensure adequate spare parts planning and inventory control for maintenance activities.
• 2. Safety & Compliance
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety policies, environmental regulations, and operational standards.
• Conduct inspections of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure safe working conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Participate in occupational safety activities and promote safety awareness in the workplace.
• 3. Personnel & Teamwork
• Work closely with maintenance teams and support team coordination to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
• Maintain a positive working attitude and contribute to a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Participate in technical training programs to continuously improve mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• 4. Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, engineering, and procurement to ensure maintenance work is carried out effectively.
• Work with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to support maintenance activities and equipment requirements.
• 5. SAP Maintenance System
• Use and update the SAP maintenance management system to record maintenance activities, monitor work orders, and manage spare parts.
• 6. Continuous Improvement
• Participate in machine improvement and productivity improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• 7. Other Duties
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
• Comply with company policies related to safety, environment, and energy management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Automotive Engineering, Petroleum Equipment Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with experience in mechanical maintenance in manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industry plants are preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good at English communication.
• Experience using SAP or other maintenance management systems is preferred.
