Material Planning Officer (Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Nguyên Vật Liệu)

Job Summary

Responsible for material planning and inventory control to ensure timely availability of raw

materials and packaging materials for production, while maintaining optimal inventory

levels.

Work Location

From now until May 2027: Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Long An Province (Daily shuttle bus provided from District 1).

From November 2026 onwards: Chau Duc, BRVT and HCMC.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, including resin, Mother Rolls (MR), additives, chemicals, packaging materials, and consumables.

• Calculate material requirements based on production plans and monitor safety stock/minimum inventory levels.

• Prepare purchasing plans and material replenishment schedules based on production demand and lead time.

• Check material availability before releasing Production Orders to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

• Communicate material requirements to Warehouse and Production teams on a shift, daily, or weekly basis.

• Work with the ERP Project Team to implement and operate MRP within the ERP system.

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Finance & Accounting to resolve material shortages and reconcile material issuance and consumption.

• Prepare inventory and material planning reports and support process improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing.

• Understanding of MRP, inventory management, and production planning.

• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

• Good Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good command of English.
