• Strategy and Planning
• Work with the Head of School, Academic and Admissions Department to build an annual communication/ marketing strategy and recommend changes to reflect on the market intelligence, insights and trends.
• Analyze and monitor customers’ behaviors as well as competitors’ insights.
• Provide strategic advice and market insight to contribute to setting strategic direction.
• Marketing Execution and Team Management
• Lead marketing campaigns across a range of traditional and digital channels to build awareness, engagement and generate leads to contribute to student enrolments.
• Cooperate with partners and internal departments to execute the communication & marketing plans and other initiatives (if any).
• Organize and assist in hosting business events within the school campuses for profile raising and accessibility to the local community.
• Monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on a monthly, semester and yearly basis.
• Lead and develop the Marketing team in their performance and provide appropriate training and support.
• Client Relationship Management
• Collaborate with Admissions and Operations team to understand sales requirements and adapt marketing tactics and activities to better support admission and operations.
• Support other departments by helping produce sales and marketing materials.
• Research new potential clients and execute external clients’ projects (if assigned).
• Increase the effectiveness of lead generation, and work side by side with the Head of Admissions to maximize the conversion rate, from lead through to enrolment.
• Lead the work on maximizing Parents and Students satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 2 years in a Marketing Manager or Senior Leadership role. Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand development, digital marketing, event planning and management, and integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in the education sector or school environment.
• Proficiency in content strategy, social media management, and digital platforms.
• Experience with CRM, CMS systems, lead generation, and lead management processes, preferably in education or a service-oriented industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects.
