HRGlobal is looking for a proactive, creative, and social-savvy Marketing Executive (strong social building) to support the execution and growth of our brand presence across Web3 blockchain, and talent communities.

This position will execute HRGlobal's digital marketing efforts to grow brand visibility, expand reach, and generate inbound leads across all social media platforms, leveraging both organic and paid strategies to establish HRGlobal as the go-to Web3 talent brand in Vietnam.

You will work closely with the TA & Branding Executive to execute campaigns, manage content distribution, grow engagement, and support lead generation across multiple platforms.

This is an ideal role for someone who is highly proactive, digitally savvy, understands internet culture and social media trends, and wants to grow within the Web3 ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Brand Building - Main Focus

• Build and grow HRGlobal's social presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, communication style, and social identity across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to make HRGlobal more visible and relevant within the HR, recruitment, talent, and Web3 communities.
• Develop recurring content formats, social series, and content concepts that strengthen brand recognition.
• Build an active and engaged audience rather than focusing only on follower numbers.
• Stay close to online conversations, community behavior, trends, and emerging topics relevant to HR and Web3.

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with HRGlobal's brand positioning and business priorities.
• Build content pillars around HR, recruitment, workplace, career, employer branding, Web3 talent, and business insights.
• Research trends, audience interests, industry discussions, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
• Turn HR and industry expertise into clear, accessible, shareable, and engaging social content.
• Write, edit, and proofread social media posts and short-form content in Vietnamese and English.
• Repurpose core ideas across platforms while adapting the tone, format, and storytelling to each channel.
• Work with Designers, Video Editors, and internal experts to turn ideas into high-quality visual and video content.

Community & Engagement

• Actively engage with HR professionals, recruiters, candidates, founders, business leaders, Web3 professionals, and relevant communities.
• Identify relevant conversations and participate in discussions that can strengthen HRGlobal's visibility and credibility.
• Support the growth of HRGlobal's online communities and talent network.
• Identify and develop opportunities for collaborations, co-created content, community partnerships, events, universities, and industry organizations.
• Build relationships with relevant creators, professionals, communities, and industry voices.

Social Growth & Analytics

• Monitor content performance across platforms, including reach, engagement, follower growth, profile visits, and audience growth.
• Analyze what content, topics, formats, and conversations perform best and use those insights to improve future content.
• Experiment with new content formats, platforms, posting approaches, and engagement tactics.
• Track relevant social and industry trends and continuously look for new opportunities to grow the brand organically.
• Support social campaigns and initiatives when required, including recruitment campaigns, employer branding activities, and company announcements.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, experience in HR services, recruitment agency, or HR tech is a strong priority; you understand how HR solutions are sold and positioned
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media building, you've grown accounts, built content calendars, and driven real engagement metrics, not just posted occasionally
• Strong written English, you can write confidently for both regional and international audiences
• Proven ability to create content for a professional, B2B audience, LinkedIn-native thinking, not just viral/entertainment content
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments — you build the playbook, you don't wait for one
• Experience with AI content tools is a strong plus (ChatGPT, Claude, Kling AI, etc.)
• Comfortable working without a fully defined playbook, able to figure things out, take initiative, and adapt quickly

• Salary range: Up to 16,000,000++ VND/month (negotiable based on skills & portfolio).
