Marketing Performance & Business Analysis: Consolidate and analyze ATL/BTL, campaign, program, and Marketing performance reports.

Budget & Cost Center: Manage Marketing budget, cost center, spending, forecast, payment, advance, and refund.

Update & report market information, market price & Agriculture community price.

Campaign Effectiveness: Track campaign/program implementation, KPI, ROI, and identify gaps for improvement.

Support for campaign planning which base on direction product manager & campaign team.

Marketing Operations: Control Marketing campaign paperwork, documentation: Proposal, approvals, and Campaign SOP.

Support to consolidate the master campaign plan by season, by

Program & Payment Follow-up: Monitor product program deployment, execution, payment, and final results.

Management Reporting: Prepare regular management reports on budget, activities, results, issues, and actions. Coordinate with Sales/FS, Production, and regional teams for campaign tracking report.

Other: Perform projects and tasks assigned by the Head of Marketing, TOM.

Good knowledge and implementation on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to MPS

Knowledge and education level

• Graduated from the university and up  (Major: Business Administration, Finance - Accounting, marketing or related majors).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the agriculture industry is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong ability to apply AI tools to daily workflows, data processing, and business analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good knowledge of Power BI, including data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and data-processing skills.
• Ability to translate data into practical insights and support business decision-making.
