Manufacturing Project Manager (Chinese and English)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager (Chinese and English, $1800,
ID 21274):
1. Customer Engagement & Factory Presentation
Act as the primary contact for overseas customers during factory visits.
Deliver professional presentations introducing the company, manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and quality management systems.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's manufacturing technologies, production workflows, and operational processes.
Address customer inquiries and provide technical and operational information when required.
2. Project Management
Lead and coordinate assigned manufacturing and business projects from initiation to completion.
Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and customers.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong experience in direct customer communication, customer relationship management, and project coordination.
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Experience working with international customers and cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production management, and factory operations.
Experience in electronics, industrial manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
Good at English and Chinese
