Mô tả công việc

Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new brands, acting as Shopee’s representative in pitching, negotiating, and closing partnerships.

Own end-to-end brand onboarding and growth, from acquisition to driving performance and long-term development.

Build and manage strong relationships with key brand stakeholders, balancing commercial objectives with long-term partnership development.

Drive seller performance through data-driven insights, including forecasting, assortment planning, and growth strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Operations, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to resolve bottlenecks and unlock growth opportunities.

Identify and prioritize high-potential brands based on market insights and category strategy.

Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1-3 years of experience (level of role will depend on the years of experience), relevant work experience in B2B or retail or e-commerce industry is a plus

Possess strong relationship-building skills to engage key brand contacts with a customer-centric approach, fostering trust and effective collaboration

Solid analytical and problem solving skills

Able to perform in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, hands-on, and strong sense of ownership.
