• Oversee total maintenance of production machinery, facility, and utility systems (HVAC, compressed air, power, water).

• Establish and execute Preventive/Predictive maintenance (PM/PdM), troubleshooting, and planned shutdowns.

• Lead new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for NPI projects.

• Manage CMMS, ERP systems, and spare parts inventory to optimize costs and equipment uptime (OEE).

• Ensure strict compliance with EHS, LOTO procedures, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and Group policies.

• Supervise on-site contractors and drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives and energy-saving (CSR) projects.

• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team; report directly to the General Manager (GM).

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.

• Hands-on expertise in factory utilities, TPM, PM/PdM, and equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).

• Proficient in CMMS, ERP, and ISO/safety standards (LOTO).

• Strong leadership.

• Good English communication skills.
