Tuyển dụng Loss Prevention Supervisor tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Loss Prevention, Audit & Risk Management

-     Conduct Scheduled and Surprise Stocktake according to Group Policy.

-     Conduct Cash Audits and Cash Management Review at least twice per year.

-     Conduct Store Visits to assess compliance with company safety & security policies and any exposures to security risks

-     Coordinate with Sales Operations & Stores to develop action plans & recommendations for security findings & follow up on remediation status.

-     Assess high-shrinkage stores to identify root causes of losses and develop cost-effective corrective actions.

-     Develop and implement risk assessment programs and related policies.

-     Conduct Post Pick Audits in Distribution Centre.

-     Participate in DC Stock Take, Write off & Disposal

-     Prepare monthly Shrinkage & Security Reports and coordinate Quarterly Shrinkage Meetings.

2. Investigation & Incident Management

-     Review sales data, exceptional reports, shrinkage data… to identify abnormal/high-risk cases for follow-up investigations.

-     Investigate inventory/assets losses, cash shortages, suspected fraud, security incidents, and breaches of company policies and procedures via interviews, CCTV review, evidence collection and coordination with relevant departments.

-     Follow up on recovery actions related to cash shortages, inventory/assets losses, and other security incidents to ensure timely resolution.

-     Ensure disposal of stock and assets complies with company policy.

-     Liaise with police and local authorities regarding the handling of criminal cases..

3. Security Systems & Asset Protection

-     Oversee installation, deployment, maintenance, and effectiveness of physical security systems including safe, CCTV, EAS, burglar alarms, and other security equipment.

-     Monitor and improve security controls to protect company assets, people, and information.

-     Ensure all security standards, procedures, and guidelines are effectively implemented.

-     Identify and prioritize security risks and recommend preventive measures.

-     Develop new processes, adopt technologies for continuous improvement in security risk management

-     Support crisis and emergency management plans where required.

 

4. Security Operations & Guard Force Management

-     Manage outsourced security guard manpower and daily security operations.

-     Monitor security guard performance and service quality.

-     Coordinate with guarding service providers on operational and contractual issues.

-     Ensure continuous implementation of security measures against theft, burglary, robbery, fraud, and other criminal activities.

5. Training & Awareness

-     Deliver security training during new employee induction programs.

-     Organize and facilitate periodical/refresher Loss Prevention and Security Awareness training/updates for all employee levels.

-     Promote compliance with loss prevention, safety, and anti-shoplifting programs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Internal Audit, Investigations, or Risk Management within retail, FMCG, logistics, or distribution.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, security systems, and relevant Vietnamese regulations.
• Strong investigation, analytical, risk assessment, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Native Vietnamese and good written and spoken English.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently nationwide.
