• Managing out-bound logistics activities including timely and accurate packing, documentation, cargo insurance and arranging delivery through our third-party logistics providers within the required timeline and at the best possible cost.
• Managing our third-party warehouse facilities to ensure proper storage and handling of our products, performing regular stock checks, eliminating risk of loss or damage of products in the warehouse and ensuring stocks are properly organized.
• Handling inventory alignment between warehouse system (OMS) and Haravan
• Optimizing product’s status/ quality in stock to maximize sellable items
• Handling process of returning claimed defective items to brands
• Managing spare parts inventory and inbound/ outbound records of Service Center
• Handling returns and defective items from customers and coordinating with Service Center to ensure speedy processing of repairs.
• Providing regular reporting as necessary.
• Any other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Minimum of 2 years past working experience in a Logistics role/Warehousing/ Customer Service, preferably in handling consumer or high-value goods.
• Knowledge of transportation, customs, import shipment with 3PL, shipping documents, customs declaration.
• Past experience in dealing with e-commerce deliveries is a plus.
• Familiar with warehouse system is a plus.
• Customer oriented.
• Work independently and fast learner but also works well in a team.
• Strong workplace etiquette, high accountability, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (especially Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot table)
• University/College degree
