• Execute and manage freight invoice processing across enterprise platforms, including SAP ERP, SAP TM, and client-specific logistics systems. 
• Perform hands-on, manual data entry, verify transaction codes (T-codes), approve invoices, and reconcile freight charges in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
• Verify and validate ancillary charges (e.g., storage fees, bunker surcharges) to ensure full compliance with contractual terms and agreed rate cards/tariffs. 
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers to investigate and resolve cost discrepancies and invoice disputes. 
• Collaborate with team members and perform ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by the Line Manager. 

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in analyzing freight shipment data. 
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel 
• Skilled in Pivot Tables; VBA, Power BI, SAP or another ERP knowledge is a plus. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. 
• Strong problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
