As a (Lead) Senior User Acquisition at Zalo Game, you are responsible for the performance and success of Marketing campaigns across various platforms by leveraging user insights accurately.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and internal tracking systems;
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Platform) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities;
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine strategies;
• Monitoring and analyzing user behavior, measuring LTV, CAC, Retention, ARPU, ECPI, ECPM, and offering a data-driven growth strategy;
• Periodic reports for management and relevant departments;
• Manage operational and effective marketing teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 4 years of real experience in UA, Performance Marketing, in the Game industry (H5, Miniapp, Mobile App);
• Understand the main indicators: ROAS, LTV, CPI, CTR, CR, ECPM, ARPU, ...;
• Proficient in at least 2 large advertising channels: Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, or DSPS;
• Experienced in using tracking tools is a great advantage;
• Passion for and understanding of the Zalo Platform is a strong plus.
