-       Organize, coordinate, and control all accounting activities of the company.
-       Guide and supervise the work of accountants, ensuring that work is done correctly, accurately, and promptly.
-       Analyze financial, cost, and cash flow... to support the Board of Directors in making timely decisions.
-       Prepare and review financial and management reports periodically on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
-       Check amount at the end of the month for cash in the bank and cash on hand.
-       Issue the E-invoice for overseas Debit Note.
-       Prepare and check the payment slip then input the data in the accounting software (Fast)
-       Prepare and submit tax reports (VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc.) on time, coordinating with tax authorities and auditors when necessary.
-       Develop and update accounting procedures, policies, and internal forms to ensure accurate and efficient accounting operations.
-       Manage the storage of hard copy and soft copy documents in a systematic, complete, and secure manner.
-       Coordinate the implementation of digitalization projects to improve accounting efficiency.
-       Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management Board
Yêu cầu ứng viên
-       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
-       Certified Chief Accountant.
-       English workable
-       Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position (Chief Accountant or Deputy Head of Accounting Department), preferably in a logistics company
-       In-depth understanding of accounting practices: sales, cost allocation, cost accounting, inventory control, etc.
-       Strong management skills, teamwork abilities, and the ability to handle tasks efficiently and on time.
-       Proficient in FAST software, MS Excel, and other accounting support tools.
