International Sales & Business Development

● Respond to international customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms.

● Provide product information, quotations, and professional customer consultation.

● Follow up with potential customers and assist in converting inquiries into orders.

● Research and identify potential B2B customers, including retailers, distributors, hotels, resorts, and museums.

● Support international business development and partnership opportunities.

● Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.

● Coordinate with the US team to support sales activities and customer satisfaction.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

● Assist in managing products, content, and marketing activities on Shopify, Amazon, and other online platforms.

● Support SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, and website improvements.

● Gain hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Search Console.

● Help create and manage marketing content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.

● Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.

● Analyze website traffic, advertising performance, and customer behavior.

● Assist in preparing marketing materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and international business campaigns.

● Contribute creative ideas to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
