Mô tả công việc Junior Associate / Associate Corporate & M&A

Key Responsibilities

Support Partners and Senior Lawyers in handling corporate, compliance and M&A matters.

Assist with M&A transactions, legal due diligence and transaction documentation.

Advise and support clients on corporate structures, investment/business licenses and foreign investment matters.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports and legal documents.

Work closely with Japanese and Vietnamese lawyers and coordinate with the firm's Ho Chi Minh City office when required.

Communicate with clients and relevant authorities as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

Vietnamese-qualified Lawyer.

Business-level English.

Strong interest in Corporate Compliance and M&A.

Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Freshly qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.

Experience with Japanese clients or foreign-invested companies is a plus.

Japanese language ability is an advantage but not required.
