Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable, including following up on due and overdue balances.

Review payment requests, invoices, contracts, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

Track cash receipts and payments, advances, reimbursements, and other internal transactions.

Maintain accounting records and prepare periodic AR/AP and internal accounting reports.

Organize and maintain invoices, contracts, payment documents, and other accounting records.

Coordinate with vendors on quotations, contracts, purchases, deliveries, and related payments when required.

Support basic office administration as needed, such as handling office supplies, assets, documents, and deliveries.

Support the HR team with employment contracts, amendments, decisions, and other administrative documents.

Yêu cầu

• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, internal accounting, or a similar accounting role.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Basic understanding of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
• Basic written and spoken English, with the ability to work with simple documents and emails.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, organization, and accountability.
• Willingness to support administrative and operational tasks as needed, alongside core accounting responsibilities.
• Ability to handle financial, employee, and company information confidentially and comply with CoderPush’s information security, data protection, and ISO 27001-aligned requirements.
• Nice to Have
• Experience working in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
• Experience using accounting software (e.g., MISA, Fast, or similar tools).
• Experience coordinating with vendors or supporting office and HR administration.
