As the Northern Area Manager at GiGO Vietnam (speaking both in Japanese and English), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our game centers in the northern region. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a motivated team. This position requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about the entertainment industry and dedicated to personal and professional development.

Job Description:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the performance of game centers in the northern region.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

- Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards across all locations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events that drive foot traffic and engagement.

- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or entertainment management, with a focus on multi-site operations.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Japanese and English.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
