1. IT Support & End-User Support

• Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level.

• Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals.

• Provides basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g., microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers).

• Installing and maintaining computers, printers, and office equipment.

• Supporting end-users in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.

• Tests programs.

• Assisting Operations Department who encounter complex problems and malfunctions while working on the floor.

3. User Account Administration

• Administers user accounts.

• Sets up and configures accounts assigning security level.

4. File & System Support

• Transfers computer files between platforms.

5. Customer & Operational Support

• Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns.

• Arranges for distribution of output to customer.

• To perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

• Good communication skills, especially when supporting non-technical users.

• Experience with Windows domain, user account administration, and access control.
