1. Job Purpose

Build and lead the Company's Investor Relations function, delivering a consistent equity story, financial results, and strategic direction to investors, shareholders, and analysts. Maintain an active two-way dialogue with the market, support the Company's fundraising activities, and strengthen its standing in the capital markets.

2. Key Responsibilities

a. Investor Relations (35%)

• Lead engagement with institutional investors, funds, and analysts, including foreign investors.

• Organise roadshows, non-deal roadshows, earnings calls, investor days, one-on-one meetings, and investor conferences.

• Build and manage the investor database; maintain a clear view of the shareholder base and remaining foreign ownership room to guide investor targeting and engagement.

• Manage the relationship with the Company's credit rating agency, covering data submissions, analyst meetings, and periodic reviews.

• Consolidate investor feedback from meetings with investors and analysts, and report it to the CFO and Executive Board.

• Support fundraising activities (public offerings, private placements, ESOP, bonds), working with advisers, underwriters, and other parties involved.

b. Financial Communications & Equity Story (30%)

• Lead the preparation of IR materials: IR presentation, factsheet, earnings release, management Q&A briefing, annual report, and shareholder letters.

• Develop the equity story and keep it consistent across all channels: business model, growth pillars, ROE/ROA roadmap, capital and dividend policy.

• Work with Finance, Accounting, and the business units to turn financial data into clear, verifiable messages, and ensure every disclosed figure ties back to the financial statements and disclosure documents (prospectus, registration document).

• Build and maintain the Investor Relations section of the corporate website in both Vietnamese and English.

c. Market Intelligence & Advisory (25%)

• Track and analyse the share price and trading liquidity, developments in the securities industry, peer benchmarking, valuation levels (P/B, P/E), foreign fund flows, and the macro themes that move the share price.

• Monitor broker research coverage and recommendations on the Company's shares; review the investment thesis and assumptions used, and respond where there are material errors or misreadings.

• Build and maintain an in-house valuation model; analyse the gap between market price and intrinsic value, identify what is holding the valuation down, and propose ways to close the gap.

• Assess how regulatory and policy changes, and strategic initiatives (business expansion, partnerships, new products, M&A), affect the Company's equity story and valuation.

• Give the CFO and Executive Board early warning of financial communication risks and market rumours; contribute an investor perspective to dividend policy, capital structure, and capital increase plans.

d. Disclosure & Shareholder Affairs (10%)

• Review the content of periodic disclosures (quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements, annual report, corporate governance report) and ad-hoc disclosures to ensure they are accurate, complete, and filed on time.

• Work with Legal and the Company Secretary on annual and extraordinary general meetings, written shareholder consultations, shareholder rights, and dividend payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics,

Business Administration, or a related field.

• CFA, ACCA, or CPA (completed or in progress) is preferred.

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in securities, banking, asset management, investment banking, or corporate finance.

• Hands-on experience in one of the following: Investor Relations, equity research, corporate finance / ECM advisory, or Finance within a financial institution.

• Experience in an IPO, listing, or equity offering, or in dealing directly with domestic and foreign institutional investors, is a strong advantage.

• Good working knowledge of Vietnam's disclosure rules and public company governance framework.

Skills

• Able to analyse financial statements and value companies; understands the financial structure of securities firms.

• Proficient with AI tools and able to apply them to work more productively in analysis, data synthesis, and document preparation.

• Strong presentation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Self-starter, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across the Company.

• High integrity and attention to detail.
