Tuyển dụng Interior Supervision Engineer tại Hà Nội

Supervise monitor & control all the Safe execution of finishing activity as planned, in line with approved drawing.

Responsible for the following area to execute the work as per quality & specification: Glass railing, External insulation, External facade/Glazing work, Mock-up, False ceiling work, MS Lintel paint work, Built-in, Loose & FF&E

Resolve all the site related issues raised by contractors in coordination with the design team

Review all the Method Statement

Checking & review Contractors' monthly payment application

Interacting with Client, Design Consultant & Contractor for day to day site progress & related issues

Coordinate the Contractors for the weekly progress meeting

Coordination with site safety team for all safety issues

Assist in preparation of the monthly reports before submit to Client

Perform other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

University Degree in Construction Engineering or Architecture; Relevant Certifications and Licences as required by current legislation

Excellent command of English and an ability to write technical reports

Very strong professional verbal and written communication skills required in both Vietnamese and English

High integrity and ethics; a desire to “do the right thing” when faced with adversity

High-rise construction experience; 5-Star Hotel Experience

Solid understanding of the construction process and application of Structural Design and Engineering best practices

Forward-looking and proactive; an ability to predict and mitigate future risks

Strong computer skills and hands-on ability to utilize project management control systems

Ability to work independently or as part of a multicultural team

Willingness to travel within Vietnam and Internationally

At least eight (8) years of continuous experience in interior/ finishing execution
