Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in leading both CAPEX and OPEX projects, including financial management and resource allocation.

Proven experience (3 - 5 years) in Industrial engineering, Project management, and Continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within manufacturing or large-scale operational environments.

Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.

Experience with Daily Management Systems (DMS) implementation and optimization is helpful.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI, SAP, Tableau) and process simulation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience simulating manufacturing systems and processes

Experience with computer programming and/or database management

Practical experience training others on Engineering topics including Bill of materials, Engineering drawings, equipment and tooling usage and maintenance, and safety.

Ability to measure, design/specify and install production equipment

Proficiency in data collection and analysis

The pay range for this position is $93K - $127K annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
