• Assist in creating and customizing tour itineraries based on client preferences and needs.
• Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of tours.
• Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and follow up on confirmations.
• Support the Senior Tour Operator & Manager in executing tours and events, including logistics, transportation, and activities.
• Monitor and update tour schedules, ensuring all services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing travel documents and maintaining client databases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vietnam’s travel destinations, cultural sites, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with SEA QUEEN TRAVEL & EVENTS' standards and values.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role or in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Passion for travel, cultural exchange, and customer service.
• Knowledge of Vietnam’s tourism destinations and local culture.
