Inbound Tour Operator

Key Responsibilities
•      Manage all operational aspects of confirmed bookings in Da Nang and Central Vietnam
•      Coordinate with hotels, venues, and transport suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
•      Oversee execution of MICE group programs, including large-scale corporate events
•      Prepare and check documentation — vouchers, rooming lists, itineraries
•      Handle on-the-ground issue resolution during guest arrivals and events
•      Report on service delivery, supplier performance, and client feedback
•      Proven experience in DMC or hotel operations, ideally in Central Vietnam
•      Experience handling MICE groups and large-scale event logistics
•      Strong supplier network in Da Nang and surrounding areas
•      Well organized, able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
•      Good English communication skills
