Tuyển dụng Import & Export Staff tại Hải Phòng

1. Proceed export shipments:

- Check shipping schedule with forwarder, shipping agent, get quotation…

- Check production and export schedules to have export plan

- Collect quotation from different forwarders to have the best prices of service

- Arrange trucking and loading plan with PD, WH and forwarder

- Check export CDS, send SI, check Bill, …

- Prepare documents to get original certificates: C/O, Health Certificate, Fumigation, Insurance, ...

- Sending Shipping Advice to the customers as notification of the shipments and follow the shipment until it’s completed with all documents

2. Check debit notes from forwarders and request payment

3. Do other tasks:

- Send samples to local & oversea suppliers/customers

- Do other tasks assigned by Manager and Director

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good at English 4 skills

- Fresh graduation with suitable education major would be considered

- 2 - year experience with similar job description would be prefered
