1.    Business Analysis & Solution design
•    Act as a trusted business partner to deeply understand business insights, challenges, and objectives; proactively propose IT/system solutions to drive value.
•    Elicit, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and other techniques.
•    Organize meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions; monitor communication flow, track action items, and ensure alignment.
•    Prepare and maintain key documentation: User Requirement Document (URD), Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Functional Specifications, Use Cases/User Stories, process flows, data requirements, and user manuals.
•    Create visual artifacts to communicate ideas effectively: storyboards, process flows, wireframes, UI mockups, prototypes, and content outlines.
•    Ensure requirements are clear, complete, feasible, testable, and aligned with business goals.

2.    Testing & Quality Assurance
•    Track and manage assigned project tasks to meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
•    Participate actively across the full project lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, testing.
•    Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); validate that the solution meets documented requirements.
•    Manage change requests: assess impact on scope, timeline, and cost, and facilitate approvals.

3.    Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
•    Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders: business users across departments, internal IT teams (developers, PMs), and external parties/ vendors.
•    Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend or consult the process/ system enhancements.
•    Support end-user training and adoption; prepare user manuals, guides, and training materials.
•    Coordinate with vendors to clarify requirements, review proposals, and align solutions with business needs.
•    Ensure vendor solutions deliver business value and integrate effectively with internal systems.

4.    Other tasks or projects from time to time assigned by Line manager/ Department Heads.

1.    Qualification    

•    University Degree in IT or related fields
2.    Work Experience  
•    Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT business analysis
•    Experience as a business analyst in Finance & Banking
•    Strong analytical thinking and business process understanding
•    Being able to work in team, lead team, or work independently
•    Being able to work under pressure
•    Basic understanding of some technology such as iOS, Android, progressive web application. 
•    Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
