Tuyển dụng IC TEST ENGINEER tại Hà Nội

• Design and develop test solutions for R&D debugging and production test release.

• Develop and optimize test programs to improve product yield and reduce test time and cost.

• Response to customer return case, and analyze ATE test data to assist Design Engineers (DE)/ Product Engineers (PE) in failure analysis.

• Support DE/PE teams in BI and ESD data collection, testing, and analysis.

• Support tester platform conversion and multi-site test program programming.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of schematic design and PCB design.

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ or other programming languages.

• Strong understanding of electronic circuits and hardware debugging.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and responsible working attitude.

• Good English communication and computer skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with schematic design and PCB layout.

• Experience in DFT review and collaboration with IC designers to optimize test methods.

• Experience in test program coding, debugging, and release.

• Experience preparing ATE evaluation reports, including yield, bin summary, distribution analysis, and full-temperature testing.

• Experience supporting subcontractors in low-yield improvement and test-related issue resolution.

• Experience supporting FA cases using ATE test data for failure analysis.

• Experience in routine monitoring and maintenance of internal test systems.

• Experience in inspection, maintenance, and management of special test equipment.
