Cadena is looking for a HR Regulatory & Compliance Specialist to support the development and management of product standards for our products across Southeast Asia. The role will focus on monitoring changes in labor laws and regulations, translating regulatory requirements into practical HRIS use cases, and maintaining clear product documentation and user guidelines.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, project teams, and regional partners to ensure that our products remain aligned with local regulations.

Day-to-day you will:

• Research and monitor changes in labor laws and HR regulations across Southeast Asian countries.
• Define and document detailed business cases and system scenarios based on local labor regulations.
• Work with Business Analysts to translate regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and business rules.
• Develop and update product user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure product documentation accurately reflects current system behavior and applicable regulations.
• Support teams by providing clarification on regulatory requirements and product behavior.
• Document local tax and labor laws to ensure compliancy of our products.

You likely have 1–2 years of relevant experience in HRIS, or a related field, and a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.

You are interested in labor laws and HR regulations, with the ability to research regulatory changes and understand how they may impact HR processes and HRIS products. You are able to analyze business scenarios, document system requirements clearly, and create easy-to-understand user guides and training materials.

• Self-driven, hands-on problem-solver and multi-tasker with sound analytical and decision-making skills.
• An understanding of technology and experience in MS Office including Outlook / Excel / Word to track workflow, daily tasks and assisting in personal organization.
• Understanding tax and labor laws is a plus.
• Willingness to learn different countries-specific HR practices and regulations.
• Fluent in English.
