Support recruitment activities: posting job ads, contacting and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through onboarding

Support C&B: organize and maintain employee records, guide completion of onboarding documents, input as well as look up Social Insurance and Tax information

Support administrative tasks: prepare documents and logistics for training programs and conferences; coordinate internal events

Other tasks assigned by the manager

Yêu cầu

• 3rd or final year students at universities/colleges
• Abilities to use computer, Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Form.
• Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, team player
• Logical thinking and reasonable work arrangement
• Preferred skills
• Good communication skill.
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
• Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
• Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work
• Basic content creation skills (Canva, CapCut).
