HORECA Senior Sales Manager (Fluent English - Meat Industry) 60 –70M VND [28519 - District 7, HCM / Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi]

• Develop and execute HORECA sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and implement distributor policies, pricing strategies, and sales plans.
• Expand sales networks and strengthen HORECA and distributor channels across different product categories and regions.
• Deliver sales volume, revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Analyze sales performance and implement improvement measures.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotions, events, and branding activities.
• Lead the team in handling customer-related matters, including contracts, purchase orders, deliveries, accounts receivable, and complaints.
• Recruit, coach, and develop the HORECA sales team to achieve high performance.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and continuously improve business processes.

• Working Time: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Horeca Manager section
• Upper-Intermediate English communication skills or above.
• Strong understanding of the food market and meat industry.
• Experience working with or maintaining relationships with international meat suppliers such as JBS, Cargill, Ausfine, or similar companies.
• Strong sales management and distributor development experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Willing to travel for business when required.
• Good health and own transportation.
• Korean language ability is an advantage and may be considered for additional salary benefits.
• Preferred age range: 40–45 years old.
