Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

Experience supporting sales, services, commercial, customer-facing, or revenue-generating organizations.

Experience leading HR or People Partner teams through transformation, operating model changes, and standardization efforts.

Experience using workforce analytics, business insights, and people data to shape recommendations and influence leadership discussions.

Experience in applying digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to simplify work, improve productivity, or enhance employee and leader experiences.

Experience advising on complex employee relations matters in partnership with Employee & Labor Relations, Legal, and other subject matter experts.

You bring a people-centric, collaborative approach and excel in partner management, driving high-quality service delivery and effective execution

Proficient in Portuguese and English
