1. Position Purpose

Take overall responsibility for the strategy, growth, and business performance of Con Cung's  eCommerce business across Web/App, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce. Develop a long-term vision to build and scale Con Cung's digital commerce capabilities, deliver sustainable profitability, and maximize the potential of its omnichannel retail ecosystem.

2. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & P&L Management

Develop the 3–5-year eCommerce strategy and take full ownership of revenue, profit margins, and direct operating expenses.

Platform Development & Channel Strategy

Lead the development and continuous improvement of Con Cung's digital platforms, particularly Web/App. Improve the end-to-end customer experience from Digital Marketing to improving UI/UX, conversion rates, while optimizing order fulfillment.

Omni-channel Commercial Management

Define strategies for Web/App, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce. Oversee product assortment, pricing, promotions, vouchers, and relationships with suppliers and platform partners.

Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Lead core online functions - Commercial, Operations, and Marketing - and develop a strong management team. Drive collaboration with other departments. Present business performance, strategic plans, and recommendations to the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.
• Bachelor's degree or above, including 3-5 years in a senior management role in eCommerce, digital business, or retail.
• Experience building, developing, or scaling digital platforms, with a strong understanding of customer journey and conversion optimization.
• Strong commercial acumen, especially in omni-channel retail, with the ability to capture market trends, identify opportunities, and translate into effective execution.
• Proven track record in P&L management, revenue growth, profitability improvement.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop managers, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment. Good English communication skills are required.
