Tuyển dụng Growth & Product Operations Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh
Mô tả công việc Growth & Product Operations Manager
Camera Apps — Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia
Location: Ho Chi Minh City (on-site) · Type: Full-time · Reports to: General Manager, or Marketing Team Manager — depending on experience · Team: You may hire one analyst or associate to support you
What you will own:
1. Analysis — understand what is actually happening
- Own NRU, average DAU, and monetization metrics for all six apps across four markets
- Build and maintain the customer journey for each app: where users arrive, what they use, where they drop, what converts them
- Break down revenue into its parts — traffic, conversion rate, price per subscriber — and know which part is moving
- Work directly with our data warehouse. You will write your own queries; you will not wait for someone to pull numbers for you
- Compare markets against each other. The same app behaves very differently in Taiwan and Indonesia, and the reasons are not obvious
2. Service planning — turn findings into proposals
- Write service and feature proposals grounded in what the data shows, not in what is fashionable
- Identify which features deserve a paywall, which should stay free, and where the free-to-paid boundary is costing us
- Propose market-specific monetization approaches — trial length, pricing tiers, promotional mechanics
- Bring competitor and local market context into product recommendations
3. In-app operations — decide placement and prove it
- Decide where in-app banners, promotional surfaces, and entry hooks are placed, and why
- Design and run A/B tests: hypothesis, sample size, success criteria, and an honest read of the result
- Improve onboarding flows and feature hierarchy so that new users reach value before they leave
- Brief and review the visual execution. You will not design the assets yourself, but you decide whether what comes back fits the app and the market — and you are expected to say so when it does not
- Protect the aesthetic. These are camera and beauty apps. A placement that tests well but looks wrong will cost us more than it earns, and you are the one who has to catch that
- Maintain a running record of what was tested, what won, and what did not — so the next person does not repeat it
4. Reporting
- Build clear, executive-ready analysis for management and Korea HQ
- Translate complex funnel data into recommendations someone can act on in one reading
What you decide, and what you propose:
- We would rather be precise about this now than have you discover it in month two.
You decide:
- Where in-app banners and promotional surfaces are placed
- What gets A/B tested, how, and what the result means
- Onboarding flow and feature hierarchy changes within existing product capability
- Whether a visual execution is good enough to ship — you sign off on in-app creative before it goes live
- How you spend your own analysis time across 24 app-market combinations
You propose; someone else decides:
- Pricing. You build the case — the numbers, the market comparison, the expected outcome. Final pricing decisions sit with the GM.
- Product roadmap. You advocate for feature changes with evidence. The product team in Korea decides what gets built.
- Marketing budget allocation. Your analysis should shape where regional budget goes; the spend itself is managed by the marketing team.
If working inside those limits is a problem, this is not the right role. If you are the kind of person who can win an argument with a well-built case, you will have a lot of influence here.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 6+ years in growth, product analytics, product operations, or a similar data-led product role — ideally in consumer mobile apps, subscription products, or digital platforms
- Strong SQL. You are comfortable exploring a large warehouse on your own and you check your own numbers before presenting them
- Real experience with funnel analysis, cohort retention, and conversion optimization
- You have designed and run A/B tests, and you can explain why a result was or was not conclusive
- Solid understanding of subscription mechanics — trials, paywalls, pricing tiers, renewal, churn
- You can write. Proposals, test plans, and analysis summaries that someone else can act on
- Visual judgment. You do not need to design, but you need taste — enough to brief a designer properly, review what comes back, and tell the difference between an asset that fits a beauty app and one that does not
- Working knowledge of UI/UX principles — information hierarchy, visual weight, where attention goes on a screen, and why a placement that is technically visible can still be invisible
- Fluent English
Strongly preferred:
- Experience operating across multiple markets, and comfort with the idea that the same product behaves differently in each
- Familiarity with in-app messaging or banner management tools
- Comfortable in Figma — enough to read a design file, leave precise comments, and sketch a rough layout to explain an idea
- Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, or Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in photo, camera, beauty, or creator-tool categories
Not required:
- Social media campaign experience, creator or influencer management, or producing finished design assets yourself. Campaigns and content sit with a separate lead, and our design team builds the assets — but the visual standard of what ships inside the app is yours to hold.
What you get:
- Full ownership of growth and monetization analysis across six apps and four markets
- Direct access to leadership. Your recommendations go to the GM without passing through three layers
- A team of your own — you may hire one person to support you
- Data that already exists. You are not starting from scratch; you are starting from a warehouse nobody has fully mined
- A concrete, unsolved problem with measurable upside, in a business where a single placement change can move revenue
How we will prioritise:
- Six apps across four markets is twenty-four combinations. Nobody can work all of them at the same depth.
- We expect you to work by revenue contribution — go deep on three or four combinations per quarter, keep the rest under monitoring, and be explicit about what you are choosing not to look at. Coverage is not the goal. Changed outcomes are.
