Job Summary

51Talk Vietnam is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer<ins> to support our marketing and branding activities.

The main focus of this role is to create engaging visual content such as social media posts, posters, banners, promotional materials, and short-form videos for 51Talk's education products, especially online English courses for children.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating marketing designs for education, online learning, English courses, children's products, or other related consumer products. You will work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to develop creative materials that are visually attractive, easy to understand, and suitable for Vietnamese parents and students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Marketing Design

● Design visual content for 51Talk Vietnam's social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Zalo, and other local channels.

● Create social media posts, posters, banners, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and promotional visuals.

● Develop visual materials for online English courses, trial classes, promotions, student activities, learning tips, parent education, and branding campaigns.

● Create reusable templates to maintain consistent branding across social media channels.

● Adapt global or regional creative materials to suit the Vietnamese market.

● Work closely with the Content and Marketing teams to turn marketing ideas into attractive visual content.

2. Digital Advertising Design

● Create advertising materials for Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, landing pages, and other digital marketing channels.

● Design static banners, simple animated creatives, and promotional visuals for marketing campaigns.

● Adjust and optimize creative materials based on campaign needs and performance.

● Create different design versions for target audiences such as parents and children.

3. Video Editing

● Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

● Create simple promotional videos for online English courses, trial classes, student testimonials, teacher introductions, campaigns, and events.

● Add subtitles, basic motion graphics, transitions, music, sound effects, and call-to-action elements.

● Repurpose existing video content into shorter marketing materials for social media and advertising.

4. Campaign & Event Design

● Support the design of key visuals and promotional materials for marketing campaigns and company events.

● Design posters, flyers, standees, roll-ups, backdrops, certificates, vouchers, name tags, and other marketing materials.

● Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when necessary.

● Support basic photography or video shooting for events and local content production when required.

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

● 2- 5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or content production. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

● Experience designing social media posts, posters, banners, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.

● Basic video editing skills for short-form social media content.

● Experience working with education products, online courses, English learning, children's products, EdTech, or similar industries is highly preferred.

● Good understanding of social media design trends and Vietnamese audience preferences.

● Proficiency in common design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.

● Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple design requests.

● Able to communicate and work with an international team.

● Good English communication skills are preferred.

● A portfolio showing relevant graphic design and video editing work is required.
