• Bachelor's degree plus relevant P&O functional experience with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above; Masters degree desired.
• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) or other HR certification.
• Strength in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, process development, analytical skill, and problem solving.
• Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate business strategy into P&O strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong rapport quickly and broadly across a customer team.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization preferably in a global environment.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency using applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Workday experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary range for this position is 89,400-152,000 GBP annually, and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
