1. General Accounting & Closing

Manage General Ledger and accounting entries.

Perform monthly account reconciliations.

Prepare journal and adjustment entries.

Perform month-end and year-end closing.

Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.

2. Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statementand, Notes Cash Flow Statement.

Prepare management reports and provide accounting information to the Finance Manager/General Director if any.

Support annual financial statement preparation.

3. Tax & Compliance

Prepare and review tax reports, including FCT.

Monitor tax filing deadlines and tax compliance.

Support tax audits and inspections.

Ensure accounting treatment complies with applicable regulations.

4. SAP, AP/AR & Banking

Perform accounting transactions and review postings in SAP.

Manage AP/AR records, invoices, receipts and payments.

Perform bank, AP/AR and balance sheet reconciliations.

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on discrepancies.

5. Fixed Assets & Inventory

Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.

Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals and depreciation.

Reconcile inventory between SAP and accounting records.

Support physical counts and investigate discrepancies.

6. Internal Control & Audit

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.

Support internal/external audits and follow up on audit findings.

7. Documentation & Other Duties

Maintain complete and properly organized accounting records.

Ensure supporting documents are available for audit, tax inspection and internal review.

Support process improvement and automation.

Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager/Chief accountant/General Director

More than 5 years of experiences in general accountant. Experience with

MISA/AMIS/accounting systems, financial reporting, tax compliance and reconciliation.

College/University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

English communication level with all four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
