• Develop game concepts, core mechanics, gameplay loops, features, and progression systems.
• Design levels, game content, difficulty curves, and balancing to create an engaging player experience.
• Create and maintain clear Game Design Documents covering gameplay, systems, levels, balance, and content.
• Research market trends, competitors, player behavior, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate prototypes and existing features, analyze gameplay data, and recommend practical design solutions.
• Collaborate with Developers, Artists, and other Designers to ensure design quality and successful implementation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Passionate about games, especially mobile games.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in Game Design; experience in puzzle games is a plus.
• Experience in puzzle games is a strong advantage.
• Have a solid understanding of player psychology, user behavior, and player motivation.
• Understand key game design principles such as fun factors, core loop, progression, difficulty balancing, and retention.
• Have experience in game design, game evaluation, and analyzing game performance.
• Good understanding of the mobile game market and player trends.
• Experience in optimizing and improving live games currently published on Google Play or the App Store is highly preferred.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above is a plus.
