For Fresher level: 

• Develop a strong understanding of domain knowledge and client testing processes to execute testing activities effectively.
• Work closely with the project team on daily tasks and participate in sprint demo meetings with clients.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases/test scripts.
• Identify, report, track, and monitor defects using the defect tracking system.
• Prepare and review test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Address issues related to testing quality and suggest improvements.
• Communicate test progress, results, and quality risks both internally and directly with the client

For Junior/Senior level: 

• Execute all testing activities (manual and automation) to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver the product success
• Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
• Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests
• Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage
• Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations (such as Feature Testing, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing in both manual and automation)

Your Skills and Experience

General requirements:

1. For Fresher level: 

• 4th-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with less than one (01) year of experience.
• Strong IT background with a GPA of 7.5+ (Please attach transcripts when submitting your CV).
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (both written and verbal).
• Minimum 3-month internship experience in software testing, automation testing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong self-learning ability with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.

2. For Junior/Senior level:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Likely having 5+ YOE  for Senior level and 2+ YOE for Junior level in software  testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability
• Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
• Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
• Hands-on experience in leading test teams and managing sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks.
• Able to perform tasks under high pressure
• Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written), able to work directly with clients.

Technical requirements:

1. For Fresher level: 

• Solid experience in manual testing skills: test case design, black-box and exploratory testing, defect reporting, etc.
• Knowledge of automation testing and tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, Appium, JUnit), as well as tools for API testing (e.g., Postman), is a plus.
• Good programming skills in Python / Java / JavaScript, or other relevant languages.

2. For Junior/Senior level:

• Good domain knowledge of software development process, especially the software testing process
• Strong experience in manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
• Hands-on experience testing web UI and APIs (Postman or similar).
• Working knowledge of test automation with Selenium, Playwright or Katalon, plus basic coding in Java, C#, JavaScript or similar.
• Experience on using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, etc.

Nice to have: 

• Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, debugging, and learning
• Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation
• Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data)
