About the Role

Navigos Search's client is an MNC, they are looking for an FP&A professional to support business performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Business Leaders to provide financial insights, monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

You will act as a finance business partner, helping the business achieve sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Work with department managers to build realistic financial targets.
• Monitor budget performance and explain key variances.
• Support long-term financial planning and business scenarios.

2. Financial Analysis & Business Partnering

• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Identify business risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
• Provide recommendations to management based on data and financial insights.

3. Performance Monitoring

• Track key business and financial KPIs.
• Develop regular performance reports and dashboards.
• Support management in evaluating business performance and achieving targets.

4. Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly management reports with clear business insights.
• Highlight key trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and reliable.

5. Process Improvement

• Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial models.
• Enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and planning accuracy.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
• Understand operational drivers and their financial impact.
• Support business teams in making data-driven decisions.

7. Other Responsibilities

• Participate in company projects and strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Commercial Finance, or Banking.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

Technical Skills

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, or financial planning systems is a plus.
