About the Role

Our client is a real estate development company working on a large urban development project in Thai Binh, Vietnam. The company is looking for a Finance Specialist to handle daily financial tasks, prepare reports, manage cash flow, and support compliance with financial and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Check payment documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and properly approved.

- Process payments on time and check daily bank and cash transactions.

- Prepare daily and monthly cash reports, monitor cash flow, and prepare budget and funding plans.

- Review draft contracts related to design, construction, and consulting, as well as payment documents for site clearance compensation.

- Prepare financial reports and support daily accounting work. Check financial statements, management reports, and monthly and annual tax documents under the direct manager's supervision.

- Work with banks on payments, transfers, deposits, and loan documents. Keep bank records accurate and up to date.

- Work with other departments to prepare Board of Directors meetings and General Meetings of Shareholders. Prepare meeting invitations, voting forms, meeting minutes, resolutions, and other required documents.

- Arrange document signing and filing, and ensure company records are properly maintained.

- Follow company policies and Vietnamese accounting, tax, and financial regulations. Prepare documents for audits and tax inspections.

- Collect and check financial information from other departments and perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting.

- Experience in real estate or construction companies is preferred.

- Good English communication skills to work with managers and the parent company.

- Basic knowledge of Vietnamese accounting, tax, and financial regulations.

- Good MS Excel skills; experience with FAST accounting software is an advantage.

- Careful, responsible, patient, and able to work well with others.
