JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive to join the Operations team as the company expands into more markets across the region. The candidate is responsible for planning and carrying out the financial operational functions to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct day-to-day finance operational tasks, which will include AR/AP/Audit

2. Supporting other teams to ensure the smooth running of daily operations

3. Work hand-in-hand with other teams and engineers to clear operational roadblocks and processes

4. Assisting business partners with their platform and finance questions

5. Form and modify processes to improve and automate the business

Yêu cầu công việc

1. A high working level of English. Communication in English is key to this role, as they will communicate with other regional staff and/or customers.

2. Basic understanding of financial concepts is highly desirable but not mandatory.

3. Experience in dealing with international partners or telesales/customer service experience would be useful.

4. Comfortable to work with processes and comprehend why such process is needed

5. Meticulous with data and numbers. A working knowledge of data skills such as excel, powerpoint, word and office. Accounting experience will be advantageous.

6. Problem solver and a good planning ability to improve operational processes.

7. Interest in technology and software as a service is favoured, with no need for a telecoms background.
