• About the role
  • You will help turn how Finance works into systems. You will map finance workflows end to end, build the automations and AI agents that run them, and keep an accountant or the Finance Director in control of every number that matters.
  • Your work covers four areas: payments, tax, monthly reporting and bookkeeping, and sales contracts and invoicing. It connects the clinics, procurement, HR and Finance. This role suits someone who would rather fix a process once than redo it by hand every month.
• What you will do
• Finance workflow
  • Map how payments, tax filings, month-end close and sales invoicing actually run today, with the accountants and clinic staff who run them. Find where time, money and data leak.
  • Turn each fix into a template, checklist, field rule or approval step that people actually use.
  • Keep the core trackers current: payment schedule, sales contract register, invoicing and collection tracker, tax calendar.
• Reporting and data
  • Support the monthly reporting pack: P&L by clinic, balance sheet, cash flow and supplier purchasing reports.
  • Consolidate bank statements across all accounts each month and match them to the books.
  • Reconcile figures across clinics and entities, and trace every difference back to its source document.
  • Keep audit and tax supporting files organized, consistently named and easy to retrieve.
• Automation and AI, with a human in control
  • Build and run automations and AI agents (Claude, Excel Power Query, Power Automate, Python) for recurring work such as bank statement mapping, reconciliations and report refresh.
  • Ship each one with a named reviewer, a written acceptance rule (for example, totals tie to the ledger to the last dong) and a test log. Test it on past months before go-live.
  • Log every correction and feed it back into the rules and the team playbook.
• Controls and the people we serve
  • Trace each workflow to where others feel it: suppliers paid on time, corporate clients invoiced correctly, clinics getting the numbers they need.
  • Track a few measures (days to close, late payments, invoice errors, overdue receivables) and report what to fix first.

• Student or recent graduate: final-year student or graduate within the last 12 months, in accounting, finance, auditing, economics, information systems or a related field from University of Economics, Foreign Trade University, RMIT University.
  • Accounting basics: you know debits and credits, how the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow connect, and what a VAT invoice is.
  • Strong with Excel: formulas, pivot tables and lookups (XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH) every day.
  • Careful with numbers: you tie a total back to its source before you trust it.
  • Clear logical thinking: you break a messy process into steps, spot what doesn't add up, and explain why in plain words.
  • Good English, spoken and written: you can write a process guide and present in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent); fluent Vietnamese.
  • Curious about AI: you learn by building, testing and asking.
  • Organized, reliable and discreet: you follow through without being chased, flag issues early, and handle salary, bank and client data with care.
• A strong plus
  • A previous internship in audit (Big 4 or mid-tier), accounting, FP&A or finance operations.
  • A spreadsheet tool, automation or AI workflow you built, and can explain what broke.
  • Experience with Claude, Microsoft 365, Power Query, Power Automate or Power BI; SQL or Python.
  • Hands-on use of an accounting system (for example MISA, Fast or SAP) or Vietnamese e-invoicing.
  • Progress toward ACCA, CPA or CFA.
  • Interest in healthcare and how clinics run.
  • A strong academic record.
