ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner with solid fundamentals and a structured mindset to work with the CEO, CFO, and cross-functional teams on budgeting, financial control, revenue, cash flow, and management reporting. Seniority isn't required: we value analytical ability, ownership, integrity, and learning agility. The role will grow from financial execution into broader business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budget Management & Control

- Work with business teams to prepare budgets and track actual spending through regular Budget vs. Actual analysis.

- Identify unusual spending, potential overruns, or budget gaps and raise them early.

- Support forecasting and budget revisions when business conditions change.

2. Financial Verification & Governance

- Review budget and payment requests before disbursement ensuring expenses are properly documented, correctly categorized, and approved in line with internal policies. .

- Spot gaps or inconsistencies in financial processes and suggest practical improvements.

3. Revenue & Accounts Receivable

- Issue invoices and receipts for tuition fees, course enrollments, corporate clients, and other revenue streams.

- Record incoming payments accurately and on time.

- Monitor receivables, prepare AR aging reports, and follow up on overdue balances.

- Reconcile enrollment, billing, payment, and accounting data, coordinating with Admissions, Sales, Academic, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

- Support revenue recognition, month-end closing, audits, and tax requirements.

4. Cash Flow Monitoring

- Monitor daily cash position and short-term cash needs.

- Support rolling cash flow forecasts and highlight potential issues in advance.

5. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and dashboards (Budget vs. Actual, revenue, AR, operating expenses, P&L, cash flow).

- Analyze variances, investigate their causes, and provide financial data for management decisions.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- Experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Budget/Business Control is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with close attention to detail.

- Proactive and accountable: comfortable asking questions and following through until issues are resolved.

- Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.

- Good Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools are a plus.

- High integrity and confidentiality.
