Financial Planning, Cost Analysis & Budgetary Governance

• Direct the synthesis, tracking, and evaluation of capital expenditures and Return on Investment (ROI) to measure plant operational performance.
• Conduct structured variance analyses and construct detailed financial reviews, focusing on Profit & Loss (P&L) metrics and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Architect, monitor, and regulate organizational budgets, isolating operational discrepancies between actual spending and target forecasts.

Cash Flow Control & Statutory Audit Support

• Formulate daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity statements and short-to-long-term cash flow models to guarantee working capital stability.
• Assist executive management during month-end closing cycles while maintaining high precision across internal financial data stores.
• Serve as a primary point of contact during internal/external audit engagements, supporting regulatory tax and financial reviews.

Process Optimization & System Transition

• Analyze macro financial data to pinpoint operational liabilities, proposing actionable risk mitigation and cost-optimization strategies.
• Contribute to corporate reporting workflow digitalizations, supporting data migration and procedural alignment from MISA software toSAP ERP.
• Execute additional financial control tasks delegated by the Vietnamese Chief Accountant and Korean Admin Director.

• Education & Background:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics. Professional credentials (CPA, CMA, ACCA) or familiarity with BI tools serve as a strong advantage.

Professional Tenure

• Minimum02 years of practical experiencein FP&A, financial planning, or cost management withinmanufacturing plant environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle financial forecasting, P&L assessments, and operational feasibility metrics.

Technical & Software Mastery

• High proficiency in advanced Excel functions (data analytics, complex formulas, pivot tables).
• Direct working knowledge of accounting/ERP platforms (MISA, SAP ERP transition experience preferred).
• Language Proficiency:Fluent English skills across 4 competencies(capable of handling independent reporting and executive communication).
