Film Distribution Executive - Nhân Viên Bộ Phận Phân Phối Phim - Salary 14M - 17M (Mon - Fri)

1. Film Distribution & Release Coordination

• Support the Distribution Marketing Manager in planning and coordinating film release activities.
• Coordinate film release schedules, screening information, promotional timelines, and related distribution activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cinemas/exhibitors to ensure accurate and timely implementation of film release plans.
• Follow up on film booking, screening schedules, ticketing information, and promotional placements across cinema channels.
• Coordinate the delivery and distribution of film-related marketing materials to cinemas, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all distribution information and materials are updated accurately and on time.
• Support the coordination of theatrical, streaming, festival, or hybrid release activities where applicable.

2. Marketing Campaign Execution

• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns for assigned film titles under the direction of the Distribution Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate the rollout of trailers, teasers, posters, standees, banners, digital assets, and other promotional materials.
• Coordinate promotional activities at cinemas, including standee/banner placement, lobby activities, screenings, fan events, and other activations.
• Work with internal Marketing/Creative teams and external agencies to ensure marketing materials are delivered according to campaign timelines.
• Maintain campaign and release calendars and follow up with relevant stakeholders on deadlines.
• Monitor the implementation of promotional activities and promptly report any issues or delays.

3. Cinema & Digital Platform Coordination

• Coordinate with cinema booking platforms and theatre websites to support film information updates, banner placement, promotional activities, and online ticketing campaigns.
• Ensure film information, promotional content, artwork, trailers, and other materials are correctly displayed across relevant platforms.
• Monitor promotional performance and collect relevant data from platforms and partners.

4. Media, Partnership & Event Support

• Support the Distribution Marketing Manager in coordinating with media agencies, media outlets, influencers, KOLs, and business partners.
• Assist in arranging press screenings, premieres, promotional screenings, fan events, and other film-related activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, guest lists, promotional materials, and on-site requirements.
• Follow up with partners and agencies to ensure agreed promotional activities are implemented according to plan.
• Maintain and update contact lists and records of media, partners, exhibitors, and other relevant stakeholders.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Collect and consolidate campaign and film performance data, including reach, engagement, ticket sales, attendance, promotional performance, and box office results.
• Monitor the performance of assigned film titles and promotional activities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, post-release, and post-campaign reports as required.
• Support the Distribution Marketing Manager in analyzing campaign results and identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, promotional materials, budgets, and performance data.

6. Administrative & Other Responsibilities

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of distribution and marketing-related materials.
• Track deadlines and follow up with relevant departments, cinemas, agencies, and partners.
• Support purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents related to distribution and marketing activities.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Distribution Marketing Manager or Department Head.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Film, Media, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in film distribution, cinema operations, entertainment marketing, media, FMCG, retail, or a related industry.
• Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, promotions, or partnerships is preferred.
• Experience working with cinemas, film distributors, studios, production houses, media agencies, or digital platforms is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of film distribution, theatrical release, cinema operations, and movie marketing.
• Good project coordination and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Basic knowledge of campaign performance metrics such as reaches, engagement, ticket sales, attendance, and ROI.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate in an international working environment.
• Experience in film distribution, cinema, entertainment, media, or related industries.
• Experience working with film studios, production houses, distributors, exhibitors, or cinema chains.
