Tuyển dụng Field Service Engineer 3D SMT Inspection Systems tại Hà Nội

We are looking for a Technical Support (TS) Engineer to work with customers using Koh Young's 3D inspection systems (SPI, AOI).

This is a field-based role — you will be stationed at or regularly dispatched to customer sites to provide hands-on support, including system installation, troubleshooting, training, and production assistance, with backup from our internal engineering team.

Key tasks include:

• Coordinating installation and system setup at customer sites (hardware/software)

• Assisting with production tests and reporting results

• Supporting user training (operation, programming, and maintenance)

• Helping identify and solve issues during production

• Logging technical issues and working with HQ for solutions

• Traveling to customer sites for on-site support as needed

• Most of your working time will be spent at customer facilities, not in the office.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Must Have: Fluent communication in English or Chinese (spoken and written) 2–3 years of experience in SMT equipment management or maintenance

- Nice to Have:

+ Basic technical knowledge (PC, networking, or electronics)

+ Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields

+ Experience in machine installation or technical support

+ Programming knowledge (C#, VB, or JavaScript)

+ Willingness to travel frequently for on-site customer supportparking.
