A/ Position Objective

• Turn fashion ideas, visual references, and market trends into creative and compelling apparel design concepts, with a strong focus on colors, visual direction, and the U.S. fashion market.

B/ Key Responsibilities

• Research fashion, color, and lifestyle trends, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.

• Develop creative apparel concepts, color palettes, and visual directions based on market trends and brand identity.

• Create fashion sketches and digital illustrations to visualize garment styles, silhouettes, details, and design ideas.

• Explore colors, graphics, patterns, and visual elements to develop fresh and commercially relevant design options.

• Develop and refine selected concepts into clear presentations, including mood boards, color concepts, and visual references when needed.

• Stay up to date with emerging fashion trends, consumer preferences, and visual culture in the U.S. market.

C/ Requirements

• Strong hand-drawing and digital illustration skills with a good fashion sense.

• Strong color sense and understanding of color trends.

• Good understanding of U.S. fashion, lifestyle, and color trends.

• Strong portfolio in fashion illustration, apparel concepts, and creative design.

• Creative, visually sensitive, and passionate about fashion.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English communication skills.

• University graduate; a U.S. university degree is a plus.

• Passion for sports, climbing, outdoor, and lifestyle fashion is a plus.

• Experience with AI tools for concept development is a plus.

D/ Software Skills

• Adobe Illustrator

• CLO 3D / Browzwear

E/ Working time: 7:30 - 16:00, from Monday to Friday

F/ Salary: Above 20,000,000 vnd (negotiable)
